New service strengthens Fire Solutions portfolio and addresses critical fire safety compliance opportunity
We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new, independent Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) service, which goes live this August. As a PTSG company, this new service line strengthens the PTSG Fire Solutions portfolio and responds to a strategically important opportunity in fire safety compliance.
Fire risk assessments are a legal requirement for all non-domestic premises in the UK under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. They play a vital role in ensuring that every business takes responsibility for identifying, evaluating and mitigating fire risks in their premises. Failure to carry out a valid FRA not only endangers lives but can also result in severe penalties, including prosecution, fines or imprisonment.
Expert Leadership and Independent Approach
Led by Steven Doherty, Neo’s Managing Director and Tracy Gregory, our experienced FRA General Manager, the new service will offer organisations across the UK a truly independent, impartial and expert fire risk assessment offer. Independence is critical as it means customers can trust that their reports are objective, compliant and focused entirely on safety and legal integrity.
An Evolution of our Fire Offering
Brendan McNulty, Managing Director of PTSG Fire Solutions, said: “This new service marks an important step in the evolution of our fire offering. With regulations tightening and scrutiny increasing, organisations need a trusted partner to deliver truly independent advice. We are combining deep technical expertise with an unwavering focus on safety and compliance, and I believe this will become a key growth driver for our business. My thanks to Steven, Tracy and the wider team for their vision and commitment in bringing this to life.”
Steven Doherty added: “Tracy and I are excited to lead this new offer and bring real clarity, rigour and reassurance to our clients. We’ve built a strong foundation and look forward to working with organisations across the country to deliver truly independent fire risk assessments.”
