All works undertaken are accredited through the passive and active fire protection systems, operated by Warrington Certification and accredited to UKAS EN45011 (FIRAS).

Brief
Survey, inspection and completion of fire risk remedial works to low and medium rise residential properties throughout the local authority areas of Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield and Wakefield.

Restoration and replacement of front entrance doors, and doors within communal areas. Installing fire breaks and fire stopping within service risers, with new fire-rated doorsets to meter and riser cupboards.
Fire compartmentation within loft spaces with the installation of fire curtains, as well as fire protection to ceiling voids and riser cupboards.
